- Allow pop-ups for your URL’s
- Allow java-script
- 1Mb/sec or faster connection to the internet - most internet connections are adequate for our e-Learning products, though we recommend a high-speed broadband connection
- If possible, add LMS URL to your company's white list and/or add the website to your trusted websites if you are using Internet Explorer
