MARIO BOUCHARD
President and CEO
Mario Bouchard has led an inspiring career path in the wireless industry. He co-founded iBwave in 2003, a company globally serving over 280 leading telecommunication firms, in over 70 countries worldwide, with innovative in-building solutions. He took his 15 years of experience working for TELUS Mobility and Bell Canada, two leading Canadian wireless operators, to create a unique suite of products that would address the needs of the in-building wireless market, soon becoming the standard for the entire in-building ecosystem.

Bouchard currently serves as President and CEO of iBwave. His visionary approach led the company to win numerous awards, notably including the 2010 and 2011 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Technology Fast 500 awards in North America, as well as the 2010 and 2011 PROFIT 100 awards in Canada. In 2011, Bouchard was recognized with the prestigious Québec Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in Information Technology.

MIKE CEGELSKI
Executive Chairman
As Executive Chairman at iBwave, Mike plays a pivoting role in the company’s strategic and executive orientations since 2006. Prior to this date, Mike served as the President and CEO of the company for two years. With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in the Telecommunication and Information Technology industries, Mike also plays a mentoring role in the company’s decision process.

From iBwave’s outset, while Mike’s founding partners were focusing on the technical aspect of the company, Mike led the business side of operations and built a strong foundation and structured the company to relentlessly fuel on-going growth. As of today, Mike is still quite active in the company’s strategic planning process and he continues to cultivate new business opportunities to assure iBwave’s continued success.
Self described as a serial entrepreneur, prior to iBwave Mike founded and was CEO of Beltron Technologies from 1984 to 2000, a telecom test engineering consulting firm with over 130 employees, which he led to a successful exit in 2000. Shortly after, Mike served as Vice-President of Strategic Development at Mindready Solutions. His extensive experience brought him to accept the responsibilities of President and CEO of Radical Horizon from 2002 to 2003.
Mike is currently Chairman of Anges Quebec, Quebec’s angel investment association, for which he actively participates in the group’s strategic orientation. Mike is himself an active angel investor and mentor for technology entrepreneurs and is actively assisting a few organizations in their strategic orientation. Mike also sits on the board of directors of a few private and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sherbrooke University in Canada.

DOMINIQUE GAUTHIER
Chief Technology Officer
Dominique Gauthier joined iBwave in 2005 as the Chief Technology Officer. His role is to oversee all aspects of product development as well as new product architecture.

As iBwave’s CTO, Mr. Gauthier has been focusing on providing clients with high quality in-building wireless solutions, turning their satisfaction into customer loyalty. Some of his other priorities are to continuously develop R&D and oversee technical opportunities. Mr. Gauthier has also successfully managed to provide clients with excellent product reliability.
Mr. Gauthier has been in the Telecommunications industry for more than 15 years. Prior to joining iBwave, he held key leadership roles related to in-building development and deployment activities where he was held responsible for the implementation and deployment of a new wireless network in British Columbia, Canada. His position as an RF Engineer for Bell, a major wireless operator in Canada, allowed him to successfully develop the new indoor and outdoor CDMA network. Mr. Gauthier also worked for Bell’s technology development group to research, evaluate and recommend products and solutions that best suited the growing demand for indoor wireless services nationwide.
Mr. Gauthier is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec and holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from the ‘Université de Montréal – École Polytechnique’, Canada.

Marc Lamy
Chief Financial Officer
Marc Lamy joined iBwave in 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer. He oversees iBwave’s finance, accounting, human resources and investor relations functions.

Before joining iBwave, Mr. Lamy was part of the corporate finance group of Deloitte since 2007, working with clients to provide merger, acquisition, financing and advisory services. Prior to that, Marc Lamy served as CEO of Mindready Solutions from June 2006 to August 2007 and as CFO since May 2004. From January 2000 to September 2001, he acted as Chief Financial Officer of Wysdom, a private company involved in complex wireless data solutions for wireless carriers and large enterprises. Mr. Lamy also filled the roles of CFO and Board member of Cognicase Inc. from March 1997 to January 2000, a publicly traded information technology company, where he was instrumental in taking the company public in both Canada and the USA (NASDAQ) and also led the company in managing eighteen different acquisitions throughout Canada, USA and Europe.
Marc Lamy was an active board member for Ixiasoft Inc., Accovia Inc, Lyrtech inc., Mindready Solutions and Cognicase Inc.. Marc Lamy sat on iBwave’s Advisory Board for two years before joining as an active executive team member. His insight in scaling the finance organization of promising companies will help iBwave to further secure international investing opportunities.
Mr. Lamy received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in June 1991 and holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from ‘Université de Montréal – École Polytechnique’, Canada. He also holds a Master of Science and Administration from ‘Université de Montréal – École des Hautes Études Commerciales’, Canada.

MICHAEL BRENNAN
Vice-President Sales
Michael Brennan holds great responsibility as the Vice-President Sales. Known for making crucial sales decisions at Ericsson for 13 years, he brought his 20-year extensive expertise with him to fulfill his key role towards building iBwave’s worldwide customer base. Impressive results were shown soon after he joined the team in January 2007.

Mr. Brennan is responsible for developing new markets and growing iBwave’s international business relations. Since 2007, Mr. Brennan has greatly contributed in doubling the company’s sales revenues every year, working on making iBwave Design the adopted standard software in the in-building wireless industry around the world.
Mr. Brennan has been working within the Telecommunication industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining iBwave, Mr. Brennan was in charge of major international accounts when operating as the General Account Manager at Ericsson. He successfully managed the launch of a new Canadian operator and negotiated contracts that generated multiple millions of dollars per year in revenues. Michael Brennan was also responsible of international accounts, which allowed him to land contracts within the Czech Republic.
His expertise in sales and management of important accounts are great assets for iBwave, leading to many key business opportunities.

Nathalie Robitaille
VP of Marketing
As the VP of Marketing for iBwave, Nathalie Robitaille is responsible for developing key marketing strategies for the company and overseeing all promotional activities.

Ms. Robitaille has 15 years of business operations, sales and marketing experience in the technology, IT and telecommunications sector. She was previously a sales and marketing Director for Harris Communications’ (Stratex, microwave systems manufacturer) China operations based in Shenzhen. Fluent in Mandarin and with a specialization in Chinese markets, Ms. Robitaille successfully bridged the gap between the North American and Chinese offices.
Later working for Eicon Networks (Dialogic, IT equipment manufacturer), Ms. Robitaille set up its Chinese head office in Beijing where she managed the distribution networks, and led its' marketing and technical support activities. Ms. Robitaille readjusted the company’s sales strategy to remain competitive in the highly aggressive market.
More recently, Ms. Robitaille was the Marketing VP at Mechtronix (flight-simulation manufacturer) from 2004 to 2007. She contributed to the establishment of a new business unit for the enterprise, Mechtronix Environment Inc., dedicated to the design, manufacturing and commercialization of a thermo-drying technology.
In 2007, she co-founded Strataction Consult Inc., a company that helps Canadian small to medium enterprises develop business ventures in aggressive Chinese markets. Ms. Robitaille is often invited to speak at seminars about business opportunities in China. She holds a Master of Science degree in International Management from HEC Montreal.
