MARIO BOUCHARD
President and CEO
Mario Bouchard, President and CEO of iBwave, has led an inspiring career path in the Telecommunications industry for the past 20 years. As a senior expert of the in-building wireless industry, Mr. Bouchard has worked in complex indoor environments, developing a high knowledge of the in-building industry.

As a co-founder, Mr. Bouchard executes the responsibilities of President and CEO of iBwave and has been the leading creator of many of iBwave’s flagship products such as iBwave Design, the in-building wireless design software used worldwide by the entire value chain composed of wireless carriers, equipment manufacturers and infrastructure integrators. With studies in RF electronics, Mr. Bouchard takes the stand at international public speaking events to share his knowledge within the different fields of the Telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining iBwave, Mr. Bouchard spent 14 years in key leadership roles to develop and expand in-building initiatives at Bell Canada and TELUS Mobility, two of the leading wireless carriers in Canada. As an indoor specialist, not only did he design and plan more than hundreds of projects but he also managed special project teams located in the two biggest markets in Canada. Amongst some of his greatest achievements, Mr. Bouchard completed the Montreal Underground City project by designing and planning multi-technology indoor networks on 32 kilometers of underground path.

MIKE CEGELSKI
Executive Chairman
Mike Cegelski presides as Executive Chairman of iBwave and plays a mentoring role in the company’s strategic and operational orientations since 2006. Prior to this date, Mr. Cegelski served as the President and CEO of the company for two years. Mr. Cegelski has over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries.

While Mr. Cegelski’s founding partners were focusing on iBwave’s technical aspect of the company, Mr. Cegelski led the business side of operations and built strong foundations to structure the company to make it ready for future growth. As of today, Mr. Cegelski is still quite active on the company’s strategic planning process and he continues to exploit new business opportunities to assure iBwave’s continued successful growth.
Self described as a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Cegelski founded and was CEO of Beltron Technologies from 1984 to 2000, a telecom test engineering consulting firm with over 130 employees, which he led to a successful exit in 2000. Shortly after, Mr. Cegelski served as Vice-President of Strategic Development at Mindready Solutions. His extensive experience brought him to accept the responsibilities of President and CEO of Radical Horizon from 2002 to 2003.
Mr. Cegelski holds a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sherbrooke University in Canada. Mr. Cegelski also sits on the board of directors of a few private organizations and is actively assisting a few organizations with their executive management.

IAN SUGARBROAD
Independent Telecommunications Consultant
Ian Sugarbroad became an independent telecommunications consultant in 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Sugarbroad was named Vice-President at ADC Telecommunications following their acquisition of LGC Wireless Inc. for $169 million in November 2007 where Mr. Sugarbroad was holding the position of President and CEO. Previous to this change, Ian Sugarbroad was President and COO of interWAVE Communications Int’l Ltd., a GSM and CDMA equipment manufacturer. In that role, he led interWAVE's NASDAQ IPO in 2000, raising $120 million, and acquired a number of private companies to broaden the corporation’s product line and market reach.

Earlier in his 30 plus year career, Ian Sugarbroad spent 23 years at Nortel Networks, playing key executive roles in a number of business units, including 10 years in the Wireless Group, where he was Vice-President of Business Development.
Mr. Sugarbroad holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of London, and a M.Sc. in Physics and MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Sugarbroad also sits on the boards of the In –Building Wireless Alliance and the Entrepreneurs Foundation.

André Tremblay
Managing Partner of Trio Capital
André Tremblay is a Founder and Managing Partner of Trio Capital Inc, a private investment management company.
He has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry where he has been actively involved in the conception, financing and management of several companies.

As a special advisor to the President of Telesystem Ltd., and as President of Telesystem Enterprises Ltd. from 1992 to 1998, he managed a wide portfolio of five telecom companies. For almost 10 years, he served as President and CEO of Microcell Telecommunications, which he led throughout the different phases of its evolution. During that time Mr. Tremblay has also provided start-up technology firms with early-stage financing, strategic advice and direction. In 2005, he was appointed as a member of Canada’s Industry Minister of the Telecommunications Policy Review.
André Tremblay holds bachelor’s degrees in Management and in Accounting from Laval University, Canada. He also holds a master’s degree in taxation from ‘Université de Sherbrooke’ in Canada, and is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Serge Fortin
President and CEO of EXEO Systems
Serge Fortin, a veteran telecommunications executive, is currently president, CEO and co-owner of Exeo systems, a leading supplier of digitized home automation systems and LDI Technology, a company that specializes in technology-enhanced LED street and industrial lights.

An engineer with international experience, Serge Fortin has held senior management positions in high tech and telecommunications companies around the world since the mid 1970s, when he joined Bell Canada. During his career, Mr. Fortin has led, designed and executed restructuring initiatives of numerous companies such as SR Telecom (as President and CEO) and Teleglobe (as President and COO). Serge Fortin also led the diversification and growth strategies of Yellow Pages (as President and CEO for Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Middle East, Caribbean) and TATA Teleservices (as President and CEO). Serge Fortin’s numerous accomplishments inlcude the launch of cellular service in Québec in the early 1980s, the establishment of the 911 service in Montréal in 1985, and the creation of the first private telecommunications company in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India in 1996.
Serge Fortin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pure and Applied Sciences from Sherbrooke University in Canada. He is a member of ‘L’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec’ and ‘L’Institut Canadien des Ingénieurs’.
Serge Fortin has sat on the boards of various public companies such as Teleglobe Intelsat and Flag Telecom, as well as many private companies. He was also on the Board of the Quebec Chamber of Commerce.

Nicolas Bélanger
President of DTI Software
Nicolas Bélanger is a natural leader and an ambitious entrepreneur. In 1995, he co-founded DTI Software. Under his guidance as President, DTI has become a world leader in the In-Flight Entertainment industry, serving over 105 international airline customers and was successfully sold to a publicly traded German group in January 2008. In 2007, DTI was ranked in The Deloitte Technology Fast 50TM recognizing the 50 fastest growing tech companies with the highest percentage revenue growth over five years. Nicolas still serves as president and board member of DTI Software.

Since 2002, Nicolas Bélanger has been managing Group W Inc, a privately held growth and buyout investment fund, which he co-founded with his business partner. Through W Inc, Mr. Bélanger has lead over 18 investments and is an active board member of Luxtec Lighting Group Inc, an international advanced lighting company; iBwave Solutions, Inc., an international in-building wireless software company; Streamtheworld Inc., a global media streaming technology company; Audiokinetic, a Canadian company that revolutionizes traditional audio development processes for gaming and other interactive media; Graph Synergy Inc., a high-end software development company for the AEC industry; Mediacity Inc., Canada's largest office tower advertising network, and FIER Soutien-Relève in Montreal.
In 2007, Mr. Bélanger received of the prestigious recognition ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Ernst & Young.
