My iBwave Portal Introduces Online Self-Service Features to Improve Support to iBwave software Users and Give Them Optimized Tools for Better Product Autonomy.

The new portal gives iBwave’s support team the ability to better keep track and manage clients’ help calls. It offers its customers a reliable and secure online access to self-service support features, and a dedicated and extensive knowledge base that will accelerate software users’ proficiency and improve their autonomy on iBwave’s products.
