Reporting to Director Business Operations, the Sales Operations Analyst will be a value-add business cross-functional partner, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies and efficient processes, as well as providing key stakeholders reports, data & information for data driven decision making. The candidate will be responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day sales support as well as to our internal CRM users.


  • Support Commercial Ops team with quoting, order management, pipeline management;
  • Handle 3rd party partner orders & quote requests;
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop & setup promotion campaigns as needed;
  • Ensure sales teams are running as efficiently & as productively as possible;
  • Manage & maintain Salesforce report generation & dashboard creation;
  • Provide data analytics packaged from different sources to key stakeholders to facilitate data driven decision making;
  • Provide first line support for Salesforce & CPQ for internal users;
  • Contribute to Salesforce improvement projects, testing & communication to the users, as well as governance;
  • Provide onboarding support to new commercial sales hire – include Salesforce & sales operations process;
  • Contribute to the development of internal training material & manage sales training library;
  • Participate in process documentation & updates training content material;
  • Validate sales process & adoption as well as compliance;
  • Assist in special projects and perform other business operations duties as assigned.


  • Post-secondary education with minimum 3-year experience in sales, sales support & sales operations is needed;
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce & Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Certified Administrator;
  • Exceptional planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong data management abilities & strong analytic skills;
  • Knowledge and practical use of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau or PowerBI;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, multi-time zone environment;
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (with French and other languages an asset);
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem solving & results-oriented;
  • Autonomous, flexible, highly motivated, & driven by success.
