COVID-19 - Message from iBwave to our Customers and Partners
To our valued customers and partners,
As the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold, we’re reaching out to share how iBwave will be supporting you in these unprecedented times.
First, we want to assure you that we’re taking every measure as recommended by health officials to protect the safety of both our employees and customers.We take the security of our community seriously, and our employees will continue to support you as they work remotely for as long as is necessary.
Reliable communications networks have never been more important than they are today. With that in mind, we want you to know that our commitment and service to you remains unchanged. While face-to-face meetings and events remain postponed, our customer support will be maintained online and over the phone.
In addition, due to these extenuating circumstances, we will be temporarily relaxing our End User License Agreement with regards to remote access to iBwave software, upon request. Please reach out to your sales representative or to the iBwave Customer Care department if interim remote access to our software is needed.
